Mark E. Kuntz

Directly out of high school, Mark joined the U.S. Army, where he served as a Military Police Officer in Hanau, Germany. After serving his country, he returned to Indiana, where he started attending college. Mark graduated from Indiana University in 1986 with an A.S. in Criminal Justice and Indiana State University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. After graduating in Indiana, Mark moved to Memphis, Tenn., and attended the University of Memphis School of Law. He earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree in 1992 and returned to Kokomo, where he joined a highly respected law firm. After 14 years of working at Bolinger, Bolinger & Kuntz, Mark founded Kuntz Law Firm in 2006. Over the years, he and his staff have enjoyed helping clients achieve the best possible outcomes in their cases. Many of his clients have returned time and time again to have their legal matters taken care of by him.  In 2021, Mark was selected by the organization America's Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys for the state of Indiana. Only the Top 100 qualifying personal injury attorneys in each state will receive this honor and be selected for membership. Recognition for this honor is achieved by accomplishments in obtaining high-value personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, and medical malpractice matters.  Mark has been married for 30 years to Julie, who also is employed at the firm. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with family by his pool, playing golf, and traveling to new places.

Cameron P. Kuntz

Cameron joined Kuntz Law Firm in 2020. His primary areas of practice are Personal Injury and Bankruptcy. He also handles Estate Planning, Real Estate Deeds, Contracts, and Expungement matters.

Cameron graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2017. Upon graduation, he attended Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, where he was a Forrest E. Jump Scholar. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in May 2020. 

Cameron was born and raised in Kokomo, Indiana. He attended Western High School, where he was a member of the 2012 State Baseball Championship team. Cameron's interest in law was sparked at an early age after being surrounded by his father's decades-long career serving clients in Indiana. Outside of work, Cameron enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is an avid sports fan, weekend golfer, and enjoys the outdoors and traveling.
